Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Melissa Cross and I have over 29 years of experience in the industry. I specialize in Highlights, Balayage, Brazilian Blowouts, Haircuts, and more. I’m here to help you recreate your vision or to help finally find the style that you love. When opening the Salon I wanted nothing more than for it to feel like a second home to you all. Tangled Fringe has been entrusted by all of our clients to enhance their natural beauty through our unique color and toning techniques.

A stylist of nearly 40 years, I have a special gift when if come to my clients and their hair and specialize in a wide variety of services from perms, colors, extensions, and updos. Above all, I pay close attention to detail and make sure every client is happy before leaving my chair. I specialize in blonde hair but have extensive experience in haircuts, styling, and all aspects of hair.

Hi, I'm Dusti, a licensed cosmetologist with 10 years of experience, I've called Texas my home since 2017. My goal is helping clients achieve their dream hair and providing them with the knowledge to maintain it. Hi, my name is Presley and while I'm one of the newest to the Tangled Fringe Salon, I'm not new to hair and making my clients feel special and look great! I offer all over color, highlights, blowouts, and cuts.

My name is Mindi Nesbitt O’Neal, and I have been in the hair industry for 28 years. My specialty is in colors, mostly focusing on blondes, but I love to do all colors! I want to give my clients a hairstyle that creates a fresh new look that has them feeling brand new and that they can re-create. I talk with my clients and help them come to conclusions with them on the realistic expectations of their hair. I want to help bring the ‘new you’ look.
